Osage County Health Department Services
Walk-in and scheduled appointments are on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. WIC visits are by appointment only on Wednesdays during regular business hours and the first Monday of each month from 1pm to 6pm.

Who is eligible for Clinic Services?
Most services are open to any Osage County resident or visitor. Some services require residency in the county or there is a small fee.

What do I need to do to access OCHD Services?
Call 573-897-2139 x 312 with questions about what you may need to bring, such as immunization records, insurance cards, or a physician order. You will be asked to complete a form upon your arrival and pay a fee (if applicable) for your service. Cash or check is the accepted method of payment.
