How can you get a doctor’s order?

All other labs require a doctor’s order. Please contact your primary care provider and have the order faxed to us at (573) 897-4915. Once we receive the order, please contact our office to discuss pricing options, including self-pay or billing your health insurance, and to schedule an appointment.

How much do these services cost?

Our laboratory services are offered as either self-pay or billed through health insurance. If you choose to use health insurance, we will collect your insurance information and send your blood sample to Labcorp, the outside laboratory that processes our tests. Any billing related to lab testing will come directly from Labcorp and must be paid to them, not our office. We are not responsible for Labcorp’s pricing or billing policies.

A $20 blood draw fee is charged by our office to cover supplies and staff time. This fee applies to all lab draws, whether the test is self-pay or billed through health insurance.

These services are low cost and vary depending on the lab ordered. Please refer to the table below or call our office at (573) 897-3103. Cash, check or card accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.
