The total cost may increase depending on the services, testing, or procedures you receive during your visit.
We'll gladly provide a cost estimate before you're seen, so you'll know what to expect.
Insurance & Payment
Medicaid accepted
We do not bill private insurance
HSA/FSA cards accepted
An itemized receipt can be provided if you wish to submit the visit to your insurance for possible reimbursement
Please note: We are unable to evaluate or treat Workers' Compensation injuries.

Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
