Whether you're feeling under the weather or need treatment for a minor injury, our Family Nurse Practitioner is here to help.

Sick Visits & Minor Procedures

  • Strep testing

  • Ear pain and eye irritation

  • Ear wax removal

  • Minor skin rashes and infections

  • Urinary tract infections (UTIs)

  • Ingrown toenail removal

  • Wound care

  • Mild burn care

  • Tick removal

  • Ganglion cyst removal

Respiratory Illnesses

  • COVID-19 and influenza testing

  • Sinus infections

  • Allergy symptoms

  • Cough and congestion

Physicals

  • Sports physicals

  • Work physicals

Cost

  • Visits start at $40.

  • The total cost may increase depending on the services, testing, or procedures you receive during your visit.

  • We'll gladly provide a cost estimate before you're seen, so you'll know what to expect.

Insurance & Payment

  • Medicaid accepted

  • We do not bill private insurance

  • HSA/FSA cards accepted

  • An itemized receipt can be provided if you wish to submit the visit to your insurance for possible reimbursement

  • Please note: We are unable to evaluate or treat Workers' Compensation injuries.

Walk-in appointments only

  • Monday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

  • Wednesday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

  • Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

  • Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
