The Osage County Health Department provides lab draws every weekday, except Tuesday, and the first Saturday of each month by appointment only.
What services can be provided without a doctor’s order?
The Osage County Health Department can provide wellness labs without a doctor’s order. Only some labs are applicable. Please call the office to verify specific labs.
How can you get a doctor’s order?
Most labs require a doctor’s order. Please call your primary care physician and have them fax the order to us at (573) 897-4915. After your doctor has faxed the order, please contact our office to discuss pricing and to schedule an appointment.
How much do these service cost?
These services are low cost and vary depending on the lab ordered. Please refer to the table below or call our office at (573) 897-3103. Cash, check or card accepted.
